Losing might not be really okay in Razz poker or in any other poker variant even when you are playing the game knowing that winning and losing is a part of poker. The number one mistake that we make when we play with Razz poker is that we are too concerned about the strategies and the nuances of the game too much.  In deed the concepts in Razz poker are too simple, start with 3 low cards and if you do not your chances are very less or even null.  Getting to know when to fold and when you hand is not worthy makes the rest of the happening to be history.

Go wild approaches works magic in Razz poker also when you are sure when to try it and against whom to try it.  In Razz poker you play the numbers when you go wild.  If the first 3 cards are in your favor you tend to bet high because you know you are in a better position.  If advantageously you are getting the fourth card in your favor you bet all time high, because you understand that two small bets are not as worthy as one big bet.  In early rounds, it might be the reverse, but past the 4th street, it is better that you go aggressive and wild and collect every big bet possible. The person that is investing to your aggression will be the one who is either better than you or second best to you or someone who is playing trap hands.

In Razz poker like in any other poker variant you will have to try to identify the purpose of playing of the opponent despite you going wild.  This step is pretty crucial if you should save yourselves from the bad beats.  You can squeeze out a positive advantage if you see that the opponent is playing traps by betting even high. If you are mathematically sure that you are the existing best you should stop worrying about losing and you should have your opponent pay costly bills to stay anymore in the game.

Razz poker can be played very quickly because the very clue that you do not have a low hand is indicative that you should fold too early.  There are going to be exceptional cases where it will be slow played.  By all means when you play Razz poker you must try to use the overly loose and aggressive player’s game to your advantage.
